will be required for all Familizoo visitors over the age of 13.

The familizoo is open
 Monday to friday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday and sunday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

COVID-19: In order to ensure your safety, our health measures must be observed during your visit:

❗️Public health requires wearing the mask for peoples
    aged 10 and over when visiting Familizoo. (Inside and outside).

❗️ Please keep a distance of two meters between other visitors and employees at all times.
❗️ Please follow the direction of the arrows on the circuit.

Wearing a mask in closed places compulsory

Wearing a mask or face covering covering the nose and mouth will be mandatory in closed and partially covered public places for people 10 years of age and over.

This obligation will apply in particular to the following places:

  • At the reception of the campsite and the Atlantide complex
  • The common room – restaurant
  • The convenience store
  • The Familizoo buildings
  • Sanitary blocks
  • The gym
  • The teen room
  • Haunted Mansion 
  • Magic Castle
For the well-being and health of all, we will be obliged to refuse to serve customers who do not comply with the regulations.
  • The vaccination passport (QR code) as well as an identity document

  • Wearing a mask is compulsory during the stop at the sanitary block.
  • Reservation is compulsory. Book your place with our online ticket office
  • Disinfect or wash your hands in the places indicated.
  • Favor card payment
  • Obey the signage, one-way traffic and the queues.
  • Keep a distance of 2 meters from other visitors as much as possible.
  • Stay tuned for what’s open and closed
  • The sanitary blocks are open and will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • All staff should also follow provincial public health guidelines and all self-isolation requirements when ill.
  • Employees who will be in contact with visitors will wear the mask when the 2m distance is not possible.

-Saturday night shows and events are canceled

-The mascot parades are canceled

-The shows on the roof of the Castle are canceled

-The inflatable module at the lake is closed for the season

Accommodation and camping reservation

Please note that (according to the guidelines given by camping Québec) for the moment, only travelers with tent or trailer tent equipment can use the toilet blocks * All of our facilities will be frequently disinfected and several health standards are in place across our site.
